Bryan Adams Dad's house!
Canterbury Crescent is one of the highest areas (altitude) in Nanaimo. Properties overlook Departure Bay - Neck Point. It also happens to be the residence of Mr.Adams (Bryan Adams Father).
The A.O.C. cleaned the inside and out of this home. We also made sure that both sides of the glass railing was algae/moss free.

3335 Blueback Drive > Nanoose Bay
Cleaning the Berg's residence was a real treat! I had a watchful Bald Eagle to the right of me, and a playful Harbor Seal below. These are some of the perks of living on Vancouver Island!
April means Spring cleaning for residents of Nanoose Bay. After a rainy winter, tis' the time to make those windows sparkle!

Service Xcel > Heat Pump Specialists are opening a showroom at 4131 Mostar Road in Nanaimo.
They were "pumped" to have the Art Of Cleaning come in and transform their windows!
Not only did we clean the windows, but removed the old gummy residue left by old vinyl (as seen on picture 3). Using a professional technique we successfully removed all residue without scraping the glass (view picture 4).

5040 Vista View Crescent > Nanaimo
The Collins family have a gorgeous view of both the Strait of Georgia and the Rockies. When you have such an amazing view, clean windows are a must! We took the necessary time to bring their glass back to life, removing paint specks, salt water stains, and the usual seasonal grime.
The Art Of Cleaning appreciate and value the Collins family and all of our clients here on the Island.

Glass Stain
What Are Hard Water Stains Made Of?
Rain water contains dirt, acids, diesel and gas fumes, salt, calcium, magnesium, chromium and other pollutants. Water droplets form around particles which float in the air. The pollutants can eventually eat into the glass or leave ringlets of dried chemicals on the glass.
The Art of Cleaning recommendation
Clean your windows seasonally to keep your windows from staining (more so if living near salt water).

Redpath Lofts > Montreal, Quebec
The Redpath Lofts are located at 1647 Rue St.Patrick, in Montreal. Our first contract at the complex was cleaning the Redpath Cafe (www.caferedpath.com). With time, both owners and management hired our services to clean their lofts and the building.
In 2007, I sold the Redpath contract to Clear View Cleaning (www.clearviewmontreal.com).
